At Petzi Pal, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with all our services. This Return Policy explains your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for services booked through our platform.
Service Bookings
Cancellation by Pet Owner
You may cancel your service booking at any time before the scheduled service date and time. The refund amount depends on the cancellation timeframe:
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund (emergency situations may be evaluated case by case)
Cancellation by Service Provider
If a service provider cancels your booking:
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- We will assist you in finding an alternative service provider
- You may receive priority booking for future services
Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
- Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide details about your concerns
- Our team will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances
- We may also arrange for a replacement service with a different provider
No-Show Policy
If a service provider does not show up for a scheduled appointment:
- You are entitled to a full refund
- We will help you reschedule with another provider at your convenience
- Repeat offenders may be removed from our platform
Cancellation of Subscription Services
For recurring or subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to services until the end of your paid period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
